These Terms govern your use of the YordleDiff website and its tools at yordlediff.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What YordleDiff is

YordleDiff is a free set of analytics and coaching tools for the game League of Legends — a champion tier list, a draft win-condition analyzer, a build optimizer, and a jungle planner. The tools run in your browser using aggregated public game statistics and Riot's public Data Dragon data.

2. Riot Games disclaimer

YordleDiff is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends and all related champion names, trademarks, and visual assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. YordleDiff is an independent fan project and uses those assets under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy.

3. Free to use

The Service is free. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no payments. You may use the tools for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service;
scrape or bulk-download the Service to operate a competing product;
use the Service in any way that breaks Riot Games' Terms of Service or applicable law.

5. The tools are coaching aids

Tier rankings, win conditions, builds, and jungle plans are estimates based on aggregated public statistics. They are guidance, not guarantees — actual game outcomes depend on how you play. Use your own judgement.

6. "As is" — no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features may change or be removed at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YordleDiff and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost matches, rank, or time — arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the current Terms.
